• Strong in sourcing & screening.
• Good in hiring in Linkedin and other social media search.
• Excellent in Headhunting & Industry Mapping.
• Will interact with Hiring Manager.
• Good in MIS and data maintenance.
• Understanding the IT requirement.
• Have good exposure in hiring for IT/Non-IT requirements.
• Sharing profiles with clients within the TAT.
• Should be able to work under pressure.
• Good in volume hiring.
