Job Description:
- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages.
- Experience in recruiting through Internet job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals, along with various Internet sourcing techniques.
- Screening candidates based on resource managers job description, relevant knowledge and experience for required skill sets, functional skills and communication skills.
- Regular follow up with candidate from first Contact till the offer of offer letter to the candidate.
- Managing the existing database besides aiming to make addition in that Assisting in identification & establishment of new clients.
- Thorough knowledge of all Job boards (Dice, Monster etc.?).
- Be able to source candidates via Social Media & Other sources.
- Good understanding of technical skills
- Good Team player quick leaner and self-starter
- Must have excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Must have passion to work self-motivation and positive attitude
- Strong knowledge of US tax terms like W2, 1099 Corp-to- Corp, etc
- Good knowledge of different visas like H1B, GC, TN, OPT (F1), etc.
- Must have a solid track record of placing candidates in the contract staffing model in the US geography.
